Why I Built CreatCareer
I am Umer Awan, and I founded CreatCareer in early 2026 after watching talented people around me — graduates, nurses, engineers, and young professionals in Abbottabad and across Pakistan — struggle not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked access to the right career guidance.
The tools and coaching that help people write strong CVs, prepare for interviews, or understand how to find work in Dubai or the UK? They are mostly paywalled, expensive, or simply not built for someone whose context is Pakistan or the Gulf region.
So I built CreatCareer to change that. Every tool on this platform is completely free. No sign-ups required for most features. No upsells. Just practical, honest career help — written and built for the people who actually need it most.
January 2026 — Platform Founded
CreatCareer launched with the core mission of making free career guidance accessible to professionals in Pakistan, UAE, and beyond. No investor funding. Just a genuine belief this needed to exist.
