There are some rules for working with sponsor just as in an Article 67 third chapter of federal law the sponsored employee will not work other than real sponsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sponsorship and Penalty Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly the employer cannot appoint employee, which is not sponsored by him. So there is specific fine in case of breaching law. The fine for this case is minimum of Dh50,000. The fine or any other penalty, which is ordered by the court, must be accepted by the employee or employer. All charges will be paid by the employer in the process of hiring worker from abroad. It is necessary for the employee that he must be skilled or semi skilled for hiring job. It is also compulsory that the employee must get his medical, labor card and resident visa within two months. The employer must handover a copy of work permit to employee. Service benefit must be paid to employee after closing of contract agreement.
